Atelier List is a private listing tool for real estate agents. Everything here is password-gated — no public search, no email blasts, no buyer accounts.
Getting started
How do I get access?
Atelier List is invite-only. Request access from the sign-in page or ask a current member to refer you. We review each application manually and reach out within two business days.
What's my Atelier Line?
Your Atelier Line is a dedicated SMS number tied to your account. Buyers text it to express interest in a listing — you see those messages in your Inbox. It's how Atelier List keeps communication quiet and off your personal number.
Is Atelier List a replacement for the MLS?
No. Atelier List is for off-market and pre-market listings that aren't ready for — or shouldn't go to — the MLS. Think of it as a private layer that sits alongside your existing workflow.
Listings
How do I create a listing?
Go to Listings → New listing. Add the address, price, details, and photos. Listings start as drafts and go live once you publish them.
Can I control who sees a listing?
Yes. Listings are only visible inside password-protected lists that you create and share yourself. Nothing is ever indexed or publicly searchable.
What are listing statuses?
Draft — not yet published. Active — live and visible inside any list it belongs to. Under offer — still visible but flagged. Sold — archived.
How do photos work?
Upload photos directly to a listing. Atelier List resizes and optimizes them automatically. There's no limit on the number of photos per listing.
Lists & buyer access
What is a list?
A list is a curated, password-protected collection of listings. You share the link and password with specific buyers — no buyer account required. Each list has its own URL and its own password.
How do I share a list with a buyer?
Copy the list URL and password from the list detail page and send them to your buyer however you prefer — SMS, email, WhatsApp. Buyers open the link, enter the password, and browse the listings.
Can buyers contact me through Atelier List?
Yes. Each listing shows a button that opens a native SMS to your Atelier Line. Buyers don't need an account — they just tap and text. You see all messages in your Inbox.
Can I regenerate a list password?
Yes. Go to the list settings and click Regenerate password. The old password stops working immediately. Use this if you need to revoke access.
Groups & co-brokering
What are groups?
Groups let agents share listings with each other privately. Create a group, invite other Atelier List agents with an invite code, and share listings across the group. Co-broker interests are tracked inside the group.
How do I invite another agent to a group?
Go to your group settings and copy the invite code. Share it with the agent — they enter it on the Groups page to join.
Account & settings
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings and update your password there. You can also use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page to reset it by email.
How do I update my contact preferences?
Go to Settings → Contact preferences. You can update the phone number tied to your Atelier Line and choose how buyers reach you.
How do I delete my account?
